Water
Ponds and lakes as assets
Dig, shape, and plant the edge. A pond or a lake on a property is drainage, amenity, and liability. Treat it as all three.

We excavate and grade pond edges with compact equipment, then plant so the bank holds. Lakes on parks, HOAs, and campuses get the same shoreline work: turf to the water, native edge, a bank that does not fail in public.
We are not a marina contractor and we are not a dredging outfit for a reservoir. We are the crew that makes the water belong to the grounds plan — public or private.

Email the property address, the current spec if you have one, and whether this is a contract or a project. We will tell you if we can take it.
Write us
Tell us the property, the work, and whether you need a recurring contract or a project.
Walk the ground
We look at the site. Occupied campuses and tenant-occupied rentals are normal.
Contract
Cuts per month, extras, and term are written. No published menu of prices — the property sets the work.
Keep the schedule
Crew and compact equipment show up as agreed. Change orders go through the same desk.
Questions
Asked before the contract
Whatever the ground needs, ask.
Email the team. We will tell you if the work fits the season and the book of properties we already keep.
