Occupied campuses and tenant sites cannot take a production excavator in the visitor lot. Compact machines are how we work around that.

We grade, cut swales, open stubborn ground, and leave the site in a state you can mow. Utility locate is your first email to us, not an afterthought.

Email the property address, the current spec if you have one, and whether this is a contract or a project. We will tell you if we can take it.

Crew and compact equipment show up as agreed. Change orders go through the same desk.

Asked before the contract

Do you do land clearing?
Not as a forestry-mulching outfit. If the work is grading, digging, or shaping on a maintained property, ask. If it is raw acreage, we will say if it is outside the book.
Can you work around tenants?
That is the point of the compact fleet.
