Public land

Parks and public grounds

Municipal parks, recreation fields, HOA commons, and the lawn a city is judged by on Saturday.

Maintained municipal park with striped lawn and walking path in North Carolina

A park is a commercial site that never closes. Turf, trees, beds, trails, and the water at the edge — on one contract, one desk.

We keep public land the same way we keep a campus: written frequency, compact machines, occupied ground. Private parks and HOA commons sit in the same book.

Email the property address, the current spec if you have one, and whether this is a contract or a project. We will tell you if we can take it.

1

Write us

Tell us the property, the work, and whether you need a recurring contract or a project.

2

Walk the ground

We look at the site. Occupied campuses and tenant-occupied rentals are normal.

3

Contract

Cuts per month, extras, and term are written. No published menu of prices — the property sets the work.

4

Keep the schedule

Crew and compact equipment show up as agreed. Change orders go through the same desk.

Questions

Asked before the contract

Do you take municipal park contracts?
Yes. Parks, recreation grounds, and public land are in the book. Send the address and the current spec.
Is this different from a campus contract?
The standard is the same. The hours and the public are different. We write that into the term.

Whatever the ground needs, ask.

Email the team. We will tell you if the work fits the season and the book of properties we already keep.
