About

Who keeps the ground

Contract-first commercial grounds in Cumberland County. Written terms. Compact machines.

Kept commercial campus lawn

The name is the work. We keep the land around the building so the property can do its job.

Grounds is a contract-first company in Fayetteville and Cumberland County, North Carolina. We keep public land and private land: parks, lakes, campuses, rentals, and a house when the season has room.

Lawn, trees, parks, ponds, and lakes under one desk. Cuts per month are written. Projects — grading, ponds, installs — when they fit the book.

1

Write us

Tell us the property, the work, and whether you need a recurring contract or a project.

2

Walk the ground

We look at the site. Occupied campuses and tenant-occupied rentals are normal.

3

Contract

Cuts per month, extras, and term are written. No published menu of prices — the property sets the work.

4

Keep the schedule

Crew and compact equipment show up as agreed. Change orders go through the same desk.

Questions

Asked before the contract

Do you publish prices?
No. Cuts per month, extras, and term are written in the contract after we see the property. Email the desk for an estimate.
Do you take residential work?
Yes, when the calendar allows. We are built for property managers, landlords, and campuses. One-offs in shoulder season are welcome — ask.
Do you work parks and lakes?
Yes. Parks, recreation grounds, ponds, and lakes — on public land and private. Email the desk with the address.
What equipment do you bring?
Compact machines: mini skid steer, mini excavator, commercial mowers, and a hand crew. Occupied sites are the point.
Where do you work?
Fayetteville and Cumberland County, North Carolina. Surrounding counties by arrangement.

Whatever the ground needs, ask.

Email the team. We will tell you if the work fits the season and the book of properties we already keep.
